confused

so i’m on the iud for a disclaimer…. i’ve had it for almost 3 years. i’ve had pretty regular periods the whole time. however i got my period on tuesday, pretty intense cramps and normal amount of blood. but then it just stopped. i’m rlly confused on why my period only lasted one day, as this has never happened to me. should i test? or is that normal?
