I got my Nexplanon inserted in Febuary of this year, I was in a Domestic Violence relationship at the time and was getting beaten daily.

He would always grab me by the arms either to restrain me or to throw me.

I don’t know if it messed up my Nexplanon or not.

I wasn’t able to escape and leave state until June.

Long story short around February I had a miscarriage.

I bled every single day leading up to this.

I continued to bleed for 6 months straight going through a super + tampon in 20 minutes, through a pad and onto my clothes.

I talked to my doctor and they told me to give it more time.

I finally stopped bleeding in July so I thought maybe my Nexplanon never had time to settle into my arm due to the constant grabbing and pulling on it. So maybe it was releasing more hormones than it should.

Now here we are in December and it’s happening all over again.

I’ve been bleeding since early-mid November just like last time.

I don’t even know what to do anymore; is this even normal??

It genuinely affects my daily life. I can’t go anywhere without two changes of clothes atleast half a box of tampons and 5 pads.

I don’t even want to go to the doctor with them telling me basically to suck it up but it got to the point last time that I would get extremely light headed.

I know I should just tell them to take it out but I had a bad experience with an IUD imbedding into my uterine lining and the doctors coming in and taking turns tugging on it to get it out.

I don’t want the Depo shot because however it affects me I’m stuck like that for 6 months

The pill makes me gain a ridiculous amount of weight and I can barely remember to take them.

I just feel stuck I don’t know what to do anymore.
