What am I feeling?

Question

Is this Braxton Hicks or Something else?
Since 2.30pm today  so for around nearly 3 hours now I had had dull lower back ache, period cramping low down and what feels like an internal tightening sensation inside my vagina..
I am 28 weeks with my 3rd baby but have never experienced this before.
My first born was also born at 30 weeks.
Any advise would be really appreciated

I had this same thing happen and went in the next day because it was still happening but they told me nothing was wrong which im not sure if they were actually trying or not im pregnant with my 6th and never had this happen until it was actual labor and they said it was normal other than I needed potassium following because im still unsure and still feel off about it

I would get checked, especially because of your history of preterm labor. This is my third and the tightening sounds like BH, but the cramping and lower back pain remind me of how my previous labors started.

Normally I would say that’s a normal feeling but if you have birth at 30 weeks I would go get checked.
