Sahm I have a 9 month old and am pregnant

Around week 5-6 haven’t been to dr yet. Appt in January. My baby boy will be a year and 5 months old when the baby is born God willing. Any other moms with multiple relatively close in age, how is it managing two under two? Advice? Especially with newborn thanks
