Tips for feeling awful?
I usually get the typical flu like symptoms a couple of weeks before labor but other than that 3rd trimester isn't usually too bad for me. I mean I'm typically sore, achy, having BH, all the normal discomforts but otherwise ok and energetic. I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant with baby #4 and I feel absolutely horrible. This past week I've felt exactly like I have the flu body wise, but I don't. I'm not sick at all. Body aches, nausea, everything is so stuffy, headaches, and so so so exhausted. Like I can't hardly stay awake more than a few minutes. This pregnancy has been smooth up until now. They've done blood work, checked blood sugar many times, blood pressure is fine. My midwives can't explain what's causing this. I take plenty of vitamins and supplements and am not deficient in anything that I'm aware of. I'm also on antidepressants so it's not depression caused. I just need to survive these last few weeks and right now everything is in shambles because I can't get even a load of laundry done. 😭
