Confusing opk pattern

I have been ttc for awhile now and have been tracking with opks. I always get a clear peak and drop. On cd 16 I got my peak and then it dropped. Im on cd 19 now and it’s rising again, im confused on if that was my peak or not. Can you ovulate twice??
