How mad would you be if your sister didn’t come to your wedding because she doesn’t like who you’re marrying?

What's the reason why she doesn't like who you're marrying though?  For example if he's a bad person and she doesn't support you being with him that's a concerned sister who doesn't want to support a bad relationship leading to marriage with the wrong person.
It totally depends on why she doesn't like him.

I say her loss, personally I didn't invite any family and it was the best wedding I've ever been to, most beautiful, romantic wedding we could have never imagined
