Depends on the land. If it’s a tiny house on 5 acres, I could easily build an extension of the house and live self sustainably on that plot of land. If it’s a town house in the city with a ten square feet backyard, then no

Honestly it depends. I don't think I could do a tiny house now, because we have too many pets and frankly it's nice to be able to have a little space between rooms. But having a smaller place is less upkeep.
They both have their pros and cons. You just need to decide which one suits your lifestyle more.
