30 with hot flashes
I keep getting this intense hot feeling in my chest. It really bothers me. My face feels a little hot as well. Are these just hot flashes. My period is coming in a few days. I’m this has been happening for months. It’s REALLY bothersome. Not a burning feeling and it doesn’t hurt it just feels hot and uncomfortable. 😞
Forgot to mention I’m also an anxiety sufferer and have not been sleeping well.
