Herpes?

Has anyone else ever had an outbreak that looks like herpes but wasn’t herpes? If so what was it?

Currently 9wks postpartum having discharge, itching, small sores and vaginal/ vulva redness and soreness. I had sex with my partner of 5yrs one time 6wks postpartum and these symptoms started the next night. I have no other partners and I thought he had no other partners too…what could this be. Please help a girl out!

I have seen a doctor multiple times. Waiting on culture results for the third time, I have had two other cultures done both of which were completely negative.
