I’m 7 weeks and 2 days I’ve noticed in my lower abdomen that it’s harder on one side than it is on the other, we have been trying for 4 year and has once MC and Im trying to stay positive but Im worried that it could be ectopic I had my first appt at 6 weeks and she felt my tummy during my exam and said everything looked and felt great but since it’s way harder on one side I’m paranoid something might go wrong, I have 0 pain and I felt the pinching in the same spot probably around the time of implantation so I’m like 99% sure it implanted on that side, would I be in pain or have weird symptoms or does this happen with everyone else? Just need a little reassurance if it is normal
