Is this normal? Or anyone else experience this

Went for a private early assurance scan. Found out I’m only 4 weeks 5 days. Does this possibly look like twins?

For me it looked like 2 sacs in the beginning of my pregnancy (I am now 26 weeks along) but the doctor told me the second might be a blood clot or something else as it is common in the beginning of pregnancies. At 8 weeks they checked again and it was only one sac.
