So I recently switched from the implant nexplanon to the generic version of YAZ birth control pill (about a month ago). I started the birth control and started my period right around the expected time at the end of the month. My period lasted for 8 days and seemed normal (normal amount of bleeding) but I have been super nauseous ever since it started. Is it normal to be nauseous your whole period? When I eat I feel nauseous and when I don’t eat I still feel nauseous. Is this normal? I did have unprotected sex prior to my period starting but I have been on the pill the whole time.
