I want honest opinions,

Hey, so we’ve been baby dancing unprotected for a while and I’ve been having pregnancy symptoms. Thought I had implantation bleeding, sore nipples, throwing up, bloated, tired, extremely thirsty etc..

My period is late by 4 days which is not normal for me, I tested but it’s not a BFP however it’s not a BFN either; I swear I see the faintest positive but it’s been the faintest positive for a few days not getting darker so idk if it’s just an indent but I swear it’s pink.

I’m confused whether to think “Okay, not pregnant just oddly late” or to think “I’m having all these symptoms and I feel like I am”.

❎ My question is, should I go to the doctor and have a blood test done? Or should I just ignore all of it and see if my period comes?

I feel like I’m definitely pregnant though.

If you were truly having pregnancy symptoms, your test would be clearly positive. They are quite sensitive. Sounds like you likely ovulated later than normal and that's causing your period to not show up when expected. Very normal, happens to us all.

And trust my I got my bfp on the 2nd and barely had any symptoms. The month before I had all these symptoms and my period was late and all negative tests. So your mind can really play tricks in you.

My husband and I had unprotected sex for 8 months and I never got pregnant. It was only until we started tracking ovulation and having sex on my ovulation day, and the 5 days prior to ovulation, that I got pregnant. There is such a myth that everyone can just get pregnant by having unprotected sex. I had to learn the hard way that it's all about timing and it's not just going to magically happen for most people for some yes but not for everybody. This is going to sound brutally honest but I think a lot of times our brain will spot symptoms and we will think every little thing means that we're pregnant when it really doesn't. If the test is not showing a positive then you're not pregnant. You can go to the doctor and see what they say. But for me they told me if I wasn't actively trying to get pregnant for at least 1 year. They were not going to do any sort of fertility treatment and they just recommended tracking ovulation. Not trying to be snotty at all. Just trying to be brutally honest with you because I've been there and I know how it feels to have all the symptoms of pregnancy and swear that I'm pregnant but not be pregnant.

Girl me too exact same boat. Until I got my Inito I didn’t know I was ovulating way earlier than I thought. It’s really not as simple as we think

Maybe you should just wait a little longer
