Period or implantation?!

Hey all, sorry I’m sure it’s been mentioned so many times but I’m not too sure what’s happening! 
Me and my boyfriend are trying to conceive and I came off my period a week ago and I’m now having a brown period!? 
Anyone know what’s happening 🫣😫

That’s old blood, so it very likely could be just remnants of your previous period. If your period just ended a week ago, you would likely be approaching ovulation, so it wouldn’t be related to implantation, as that wouldn’t occur u til about 9-10 days past ovulation, and on the contrary to popular belief, there’s not a lot of evidence that suggests the process would cause any physical/outward symptoms.

It wouldn't be implantation if you were just on your period a week ago. It could be left over from your period or ovulation spotting.
