Late period

I don’t know where to put this but I’m a week late hardly had sex this month I have 3 year old and nearly 2 year old have had 1 abortion to as they wouldn’t give me contraception as I had a problem with my liver as I said I’m 7 days late no symptoms of period or pregnancy I’m scared to test as I just don’t want to know could be stress or anything but I dunno what to do any advice
