I’m 25 weeks today and since around 23 weeks my nipples have been leaking… mainly at night when I am asleep. Has anyone else had this? I’m a bit worried mentioned it to my midwife who said whatever I do don’t stimulate my nipple but worried that they are being stimulated in my sleep and it’s going to cause something to happen… bit of reassurance would be great ladies as it’s making me pretty anxious as I’ve read it can cause contraction and early labour.
