Yesterday I went Christmas tree shopping with my boyfriend and our two kids. I only 50 dollars of my own to spend. We found a tree that was originally 89 dollars but the guy brought the price down to 70 dollars and my daughter said I could use some of her money I was planning on using to buy her presents. After the guy and my boyfriend got the tree on the car, the guy gave me the 20 dollars that was for my daughter and told me to keep it.

I know he was being nice but I still feel bad since he only got 50 for the tree. I was going to replace the 20 with my own money so he really didn’t have to give me it back. I was so tempted to have my boyfriend drive back and give it back to him lol
