Letrozole
3 weeks ago I was out on Letrozole 5mg and had 3 follicles that were small, next day I started 7.5mg for 5 days and still have 3 follicles but my biggest one was 11mm, now I’m on day 3 of 10mg Letrozole and go for a follicle count tomorrow. I have severe PCOS. Has anyone seen this type of Letrozole protocol work? I’m getting discouraged. Any experiences are helpful.
