I just recently got off of my period today. My husband and I want another baby,but I have PCOS. My obgyn doctor told me four months ago to do the low carb keto diet which I did,but I gained my weight back.
Today was also the start of an new pack of birth control pills. I'm just wondering if I should continue taking my fresh pack or what should I do?
I have read it's takes a month to three months to get pregnant,but what if you're cycles are regular while taking birth control? How does that work with TTC?
When should I start taking prenatal vitamins and what brand should I get? Is there an easy way to track ovulation other than ovulation test strips?
Is there any menstrual cycle apps that tracks ovulation that is kinda accurate but is accurate enough?
