11/12 day luteal phase.
Currently 10DPO and my temp is the highest it’s been at 36.99, is this a good sign that it hasn’t went down yet?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Progesterone rises and will stay elevated throughout the Luteal phase, and in response to that, so will your BBT. An elevated or continued rise in BBT after 15+DPO may indicate pregnancy, but obviously and unfortunately it’s not a given.
