I currently work at a daycare, where we are not allowed to discuss our salary. However, I got my younger sister a job there. It’s come to my attention that she’s getting paid more than me, even though we’re working the same job title, hours; etc. I even have more credentials than here, as I’ve graduated from college and she’s still working on her degree. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but I demand what’s fair. What should I do? I’m not a confrontational person but I don’t play when it comes to my money. How do I confront my boss about this?
