Hi ladies ! I need help..

This month my husband and I decided to try for another one. We did an at home insemination by ourselves. This is how we got pregnant the two previous times. I’m now over a week late. I’ve never been more than two days late (besides the times I was pregnant). However, I keep getting negative tests (I’ve taken at least one everyday since the day of my expected period). I’ve had horrible pain on one side as well as back pain and neck pain… im scared it’s an ectopic pregnancy, but every place I called refuses to do an ultrasound if I don’t test positive through urine first. Any other options besides going to a hospital? I have a one year old with me all day and don’t have anyone to watch him if I end up having to stay there a long time.

UPDATE: I have read online and on this app that an ectopic pregnancy can sometimes yield a negative result through urine because the Hcg isn’t as high as in a regular pregnancy, that’s why I was asking for options as to where I could get an ultrasound. Since no one answered my question, I went into an urgent care and requested blood work. I got the results today and I am pregnant ( which I figured since I know my body well ). I’m hoping the tests I took were faulty since they all came from the same pack.

Scheduling an ultrasound now.. glad that I listened to my instincts. TRUST YOUR GUT LADIES AND ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF!!!
