Overwhelmed
Hey everyone, I’m suffering with my mental health a lot at the moment and I don’t want to trouble loved ones as they have their own things going on.
Can anyone recommend any apps that help or any advice on how to calm yourself when your stressed?
I am a massive over thinker unfortunately due to things in my past and as much as my boyfriend is super supportive I also don’t want to continually offload onto him.
Any advice will be really helpful! 🙏🙂
