Does anyone know how to jump start your period?

I'm 154 days late and No I'm not pregnant... I have pcos and the dr gave me birth control which normally will start it well it hasn't and I need to try to get it since I have symptoms but don't actually have it

The Dr should give you progesterone.

I did see an OB she's given me all kinds of hormones and nothing I HATE not having my period

Your doc should've given you a medication as a hormone replacement. As stupid as it sounds ive done this sto start and stop my periods and after 2 months I've had a regular cycle for years now.
