Throbbing temple pain

Anyone ever had? It’s not hurting bad just annoying cuz I feel like I can feel my pulse off and on. I’m having some bad neck muscle pain some days but goes away with a massage. Could it be related? I’ve read an article saying it could but wanted to know anyone else’s experience.
