Weight lose?
Okay so, this is a question about calories now, I went down to 1871 calories (consuming) and I usually burn (through exercise)"active calories" around 900 or more. Some things say burn more calories than you consume and then others say cut 500 and then burn more than 500. So, im a little confused and wondered if anyone would know about this.
