Where does your baby nap?
My baby will be 10 weeks old in a couple days and she is at the point where it needs to be 100% dark and quiet except for white noise for her to sleep well and not get distracted while falling asleep. I have been following the recommendation to have her sleep in the same room as me for naps to help avoid sids. She’s been sleeping in her pack and play in the living room for the most part or contact naps sometimes. Up until this point we could keep the lights on, noisy, my toddler could run around screaming and it didn’t phase her. I don’t see how I can accommodate her new preferences while keeping her in the same room as my toddler and I during the day. Is it okay to have her nap in her crib and just check on her frequently?
