June 2023 babies!

I had horrible heartburn with my first pregnancy that started around 25 weeks through the end of pregnancy, like wake me up multiple time a night kinda heartburn, with a boy ( I don’t know if that matters 😂). Well this boy has already started giving me heartburn starting at week 12! Is anyone else experiencing this already? Now 14 weeks and I am waking up multiple times a night again! I can’t do 6.5 months of this heartburn 😭 what can I do to help?!
