Hi guys

Looking for some insight.. so I have been shedding what I’m pretty sure is my mucous plug (experience based on previous pregnancies). I got a preventative cerclage at 14 weeks (my second cerclage). Last time my cerclage worked and took me to 36 weeks. Before that pregnancy I had a mc at 19 weeks. With that one, I remember I lost my mucous plug and then a day later I went into labor.

I guess my question is if I have a stitch does that change things? Or is my cervix dilating through stiches or will it hold?

No pain or contractions or any other symptoms. I did message my docs office and they just said to go to ER for evaluation if i develop bleeding or pain/contractions.
