IUD fell out ðŸ˜
Was feeling some cramping and sharp pains like lightning crotch, went to the bathroom to check , and this thing was half ways out my cervix! Worst part is, this is the second time it has happened. I’m at a loss on what birth control to use next. Any recommendations?
