My toddler has spent all evening yesterday vomiting and has diarrhea. We kicked the vomiting but he’s still struggling with the diarrhea. I’m keeping him hydrated and I’ve been changing him literally every time he poops, but he’s developed a hell of a diaper rash. I can tell he’s in a lot of pain and not really sure what to do? I’m putting Desitin multipurpose healing ointment and it instantly helps, but he’s a lot of pain.

Is there anything I can do for the diarrhea and or the rash? Any and all advice is appreciated!!
