Sores from BV/Yeast infection?

I thought I had what was a very bad yeast infection— I used coconut oil as lube and started having issues the following day.

Smelled yeasty, white discharge, mild itching. I took a monistat1 suppository and I had relief almost instantly and then it returned the following day. Except this time no white discharge, it was more of a yellow color, no smell, and the itching was so intense. I have sores and raw spots from the constant scratching.

I tried gentian violet (hence everything being stained purple), and the sores seem to have gotten worse after because when I urinate and it hits one of them it feels like I’m on fire. The itch creams work for a good 10 minutes max. I also took a 150mg Diflucan pill today.

I just need some relief. Do these look like that’s what the cause is? My dr told me to give the Diflucan time to kick in before I see her.
