First period after MC

So I had a MC on Halloween, this would have been my third. I just got my first period back and it is awful!!!! 😭 I knew it wasn't gonna be good, I got warnings of how I may be crampy more than usual, and boy am I ever. I feel completely miserable. I don't even want to get up. My back hurts so bad too this sucks so. Much
