Clogged milk duct??

What would one feel like? My breasts were full so I pumped and one of them I didn’t get nearly as much as I normally do. I also nursed my daughter and it hurt more than usual. Well it was still pretty full after feeding her so I pumped again and during and after pumping it still hurts, it’s like a sharp pain. I’ve felt around for lumps and don’t really feel anything. What could this be??
