Opinions please

So I bled 2 days but mostly spotting I didn’t mark it as a period but I added it as notes because I’ve never gotten an irregular period ever the calendar says I’m 7 days late I tested but it was in the evening… negative… I’m also having light cramps… should I wait a few days to test again and go in the morning..
