How did bed transitioning go for you?

Wondering when you transitioned to a toddler or adult bed, how you did it and how it went?

We only recently moved our little lady to a toddler bed. She loved the security of the cot I think and I wasn’t rushing either! She likes her “big girl” bed now and has taken to it very well. Got her a nice peppa pig cover and set to make it more exciting for her

The first night she kinda slid off the bed sleeping but after that she did good. We transitioned from crib to toddler bed

We transitioned at 14 months and this went great. he cried once, for 5 minutes.
We transferred him to a single floorbed, when he's sick I lay with him and he's happy and sleeping vs. crying every hour.
