So the flu hit our house, and one miserable symptom is an itchy throat that triggers coughing spasms.

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY REMEDIES FOR THIS??? It’s day 7-8 & I’m about to rip my own throat out !!! I also have toddlers that are experiencing the same thing 🥺

I’ve tried throat numbing spray

Cough drops

Hot foods/liquids

Cold foods/liquids

Honey tea

Gargling w salt water

Steam/humidity

NOTHING has helped. We currently have a citywide shortage of medicine in my area, so meds are out of the question. WHAT CAN I DO FOR RELIEF
