11 weeks and we’ve all got flu! What can I take?!? UK

Caught the flu off our nephew, can’t take anything but paracetamol and it’s killing me! I can’t sleep, eat or move around because I feel so rough 😩
Luckily our 2 year old doesn’t seem to have caught anything but I’m dreading her catching this over Christmas and we can’t see family

I feel your pain..I’m 11wks 1day today.. and just getting over the flu. Ive felt truly horrid and with my other 2 children already broken up for Xmas it was like a world of pain having to deal with them too!
I took the paracetamol when I needed it, made hot lemon and honey drinks constantly, Vicks on chest, olbas oil drops onto pillow, hot baths and steam inhaling. Not much more you can do really.. try to stay warm and rest up as much as possible.

I drink 1000mg of Vit C a day when I start feeling under the weather, it helps absorb other vitamins/minerals that is good for the baby as well. And for a sore throat I add honey and fresh lemon to warm water, it’s like an instant relief! Good luck!! Xx

Oh no I caught the flu also. Drink lots of fluids and rest as much as you can. Someone told me to gargle warm salt water for the sore throat and cough and it worked for me but other then that just teas and whatever your dr recommends. Hope you and your family recover quickly!
