What cycle days an embryo should be transferred with a period start cycle (meaning no birth control first)?  My son was 17 days but when I calculated my new calender for current FET it's day 20. Does that matter? Anyone have success and know how many days theirs were?

Is it a medicated transfer or natural? The big determining factor is progesterone. So if it's a natural transfer then it should take place after you ovulate (depending on how old the embryo is). If it's a medicated transfer it doesn't cycle day doesn't really matter, what's more important is that it's transferred x amount of days after progesterone is started (again depending on the age of the embryo). I don't remember exactly but I think mine took place around CD 19-22.

If it’s a medicated FET, it doesn’t matter and you can usually choose your transfer date;) I chose Fridays so I could rest a couple of days afterwards at home before going back to work;)
If it’s a natural cycle, you will be monitored closely and then the doctor will tell you on which day/time to do the transfer.

It depends on when your retrieval is. I had a retrieval in CD 13, which is a bit late, and then a 5dt on CD 18.
