Partial blockage

Had the HSG today and oh man did it hurt! My right fallopian tube is blocked. We are planning on starting <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> with my next cycle, AMH is 0.189 and I feel like the odds are not in my favor. Anyone out there with similar experience?
