Did anybody ever had PMS or pre pregnancy headache?

so how can we tell if s the result of upcoming PMS or Pregnancy?i been having sever headache past few days and it won't go away with pain killer😥please help

I get headaches before AF and both times when I was pregnant during my first trimester. They are awful :( hope it gets better soon! Excedrin helps for the pms ones but if you're pregnant Tylenol is the only option and it never helped me.
