I am SUPER horny during my period, so YES, if he is up for it, so am I.
At home we use an old towel under us, or sometimes in the shower. Away from home I use the disposable Flex disk to keep anything from escaping.
Remember that even though it is very unlikely that you can get pregnant from period sex, it is not totally impossible.
