Cramping and bleeding 2dpo

Based on my ovulation test kit and my <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">glow app</a>, I ovulated 2 days ago. I’ve been having small amounts of bleeding when I wipe and cramping all day. Could this just be ovulation cramping? Or something else? I’ve never had it before, and I definitely won’t start my period for at least 10 days.
