Hello Ladies, I need a little bit of help!

So I’m 6 weeks 1 day pregnant I went to my appointment on 12/20/2022 the heartbeat was a little low so she said to come back Monday 12/26 to make sure everything is okay, so today I had a little bit of spotting and I decided to go see my Dr. Again just to make sure the spotting was normal, she said the spotting was something that happens to a lot of pregnant women. But my main question is, on Tuesday the heartbeat was a little low so she said to come back on Monday but today the heartbeat was a little lower then Tuesday, but she said it’s to early to say anything it’s wrong or something it’s happening to come back on Monday. Has this happened to anyone?
