How to politely ask for money back?

I’m buying my fiance and his groomsmen tickets for something for his bachelor party but I need the groomsmen to pay me back… how to I politely tell/ask them that? 
This is what I have so far but how do I end it politely asking for them to pay me back??

First, did the groomsmen actually agree to paying for this? Sounds like you just decided for them. You can’t do that.
If that’s not the case, send them a venmo or Zelle request for the amount, or give them a hard deadline to pay cash to you. Anyone who doesn’t pay is on their own.
My main question, though, is what are you doing involving yourself in his bachelor party plans??

You better have a rough idea of what they can spend before just buying something and not getting money back cause they can't afford it.

Stop using all the ellipses. That indicates that you’re unsure of what’s going on. I would say something like: fiancé would like to do X ($), Y($), and Z($) and date. If you’ll be joining, RSVP with Venmo payment by date. 
But also, why are you planning his bachelor party? His best man (or responsible groomsman) is supposed to do that.

Did the groomsmen approve of doing this? If so, just drop your venmo or something and say please pay by $X by X date. If not, then id ask if they're OK without and ok with paying before just forcing them.

Well first I would ask in the text “ it’s $150 per ticket so let me know if this something you would be interested We understand if you can’t make it since it is a lot of money. Those of you who would like to go, my venmo is xxx” . This way they know you’re not covering the costs and also give them the option if they can’t afford to go or not. Like others said, it does sound like you’re putting them in an awkward situation by not really asking them first if they would like to go.  $150 is a lot for a lot of people. Don’t forget they they’re already paying alot for their suits too.

Text his best man and let his best man buy the tickets. I personally don’t think it’s your place to be purchasing or planning anything for his bachelor party unless you were asked to do so. I believe you can share his ideas with the best man in a group text.

Not sure why you’re planning it and did everyone agree to $150 for a bachelors trip? My bridesmaids paid only around $80 including a weekend stay at an Airbnb and even i felt like that was a lot, but we also discussed and agreed on the activities. If this has been agreed upon, you need to hand these duties over to the best man. If anything, have them RSVP with Venmo by a certain date. Absolutely do not buy tickets without getting the money FIRST
