I’m not feeling the burn
My first week of resistance or strength training went well. I felt the delayed muscle pain after day 5. I was really sore and got a massage. But now, this is week two I’ve completed and I can feel a little tenderness but I’m not sore, like do I need to up my reps already? I’ve done the same workouts I did last week. I workout at home I haven’t gone to the gym as yet. I’m using 2 10lbs dumbbells and medium/strong resistance bands. I’ve been doing a little bit more reps today just to see if I need to increase it but yeah I’m still not really sore so idk if my routine is workout. I can feel it while performing the exercises but not while I’m resting.
