So I’m 9w5d and both of my sons have a pretty bad stomach flu to the point of where one of them is in the hospital for dehydration. I’ve tried being so careful not to catch it but apparently I did and I’ve been non stop using the restroom and have thrown up maybe twice. I’m trying to keep hydrated but everything hurts and makes my stomach cramp so bad. My whole body hurts and it’s such a terrible feeling. A question I have and it might be dumb but can this harm my baby? I’m not dehydrated and I know that’s a concern but otherwise will the baby be okay?
