TTC for #1 at 44 and a breast cancer diagnosis
Hello Everyone, my husband and I have been TTC for 2 years now for our first. It has been so frustrating never seeing a positive test and now I have been diagnosed recently with an early stage of breast cancer that is thankfully slow growing and very survivable. I am going to have surgery to remove it and radiation and they want to put me on hormone therapy after because my cancer is estrogen receptor positive. I am so discouraged and don’t know what to do. All I want is to be pregnant and start a family and it feels like the most difficult thing to achieve. It’s so nice to come here and see all of you supporting each other and being hopeful. It is encouraging to see your BFPs and gives me hope for everyone. I’m sorry for everyone here struggling and wish you all the best.
