My son burnt his wrisg and it’s looking bad

My son burnt his hand when he accidentally touched a hot pot.. he didn’t cry or anything, and I noticed later in the day when it became a huge blister. The blister popped on its own that day, and then that day I went into labor and was in hospital until now so I couldn’t take him to the doctor. Any recommendations on what to do??
